Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Xtreme Plus, we are committed to delivering transparent, fair, and efficient service for users of the BMW Personal eSIM. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions related to service cancellation and refunds.


1. Cancellation Notice Requirement

You may request cancellation of your BMW Personal eSIM service at any time. However, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for the service to be disconnected.


2. Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, it will become effective from the beginning of the next billing month.

  • You will continue to have full access to the service for the remainder of your current billing cycle.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges

  • Service not activated but billed

  • Confirmed technical or provisioning failures

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Partial use of the service during the current billing cycle

  • Cancellations made during an active month (service remains accessible until end of the billing period)


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 14 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful refund processing.


5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

You can cancel your BMW Personal eSIM service through the My BMW App.
