How do I cancel my Personal eSIM service?
Navigate to Personal eSIM in your My BMW app and select the DEACTIVATE button. For any further queries, contact us here.  
What should I do with my Xtreme+ account if I sell my vehicle?
Xtreme+ is tied to your BMW ID.
  • If selling your car, log out in the car before handing it over.
  • If you're leaving BMW entirely, deactivate your account.
