Personal eSIM Quick Start Guide for BMW

If you own an eSIM-compatible BMW in a supported market, you can take advantage of onboard connectivity services with Xtreme+
You can check the compatibility of your BMW below -

Check your Eligibility

1. Select Xtreme+ as your mobile network provider in the My BMW App

Choose your country, select "Mobile data only - Xtreme" as your mobile network provider and then just "Sign Up

2. Create your Xtreme+ account and get connectivity

You will be automatically redirected from the My BMW App to car.xtremeplus.co.uk. Please click "Start Now" to proceed.

Fill in the required information and create an account.

(Important: Please ensure you enter the same email address used in the My BMW App to complete the process)

Your Xtreme+ eSIM profile is now successfully linked to your BMW ID! You can return to the My BMW app by clicking the "Back to BMW App" button to check the eSIM profile status.

3. Setting Up Your Xtreme+ Connectivity in Your BMW

Inside your vehicle, navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner of the iDrive screen.
Select "Add BMW ID" and choose your preferred login method. Follow the step-by-step instructions.
Your Xtreme+ connectivity will be automatically activated in your BMW.

Share Your Xtreme+ Data Connectivity with Additional Devices

Open the Personal Hotspot

1. Navigate to "Menu", then select "All Apps", followed by "Personal Hotspot".
2. Go to "Wi-Fi Settings" and enable "Internet Access for Mobile Devices".

Connect a New Device

1. Select "Connect New Device".
2. Scan the QR code on the device you wish to connect and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
